    Job Title: Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support in both English and a second language through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures in both English and the required second language.

    • Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking.

    • Escalate complex customer concerns to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within company systems.

    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.

    • Stay current on product knowledge, policies, procedures, and system updates.

    • Support additional administrative duties as assigned, including data entry and general office support.

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in English and the required second language, both written and verbal.

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.

    • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn customer service software and systems.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

    Work Environment & Requirements

    • Hybrid work-from-home position with the capability to report onsite as business needs require, including up to 5 days onsite when necessary.

    • Ability to work flexible schedules based on operational needs.

    • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment required for remote workdays.
