Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 hour
Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative Associate to support front-office operations at a busy healthcare facility. This onsite role plays a vital part in helping patients, verifying insurance, managing authorizations, and supporting daily office needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in person and by phone
- Handle insurance verification, referrals, and authorizations
- Discuss billing and collections with patients
- Communicate with insurance carriers to ensure reimbursements
- Assist front desk operations
- Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
- Escalate issues or trends to leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must work onsite in Bronx, NY
- Able to work full-time and occasional overtime
Preferred:
- Associate degree or healthcare admin experience
- Revenue cycle background
- Intermediate MS Office skills
Soft Skills:
- Clear communicator and problem solver
- Able to multitask and remain productive in repetitive tasks
- Comfortable using computers while on the phone
