About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Patrick Hughes as a Customer Service Representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage options.

Process policy renewals, changes, and cancellations efficiently.

Provide quotes and assist with new policy enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Promote additional services and products to meet client needs.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Must possess or be willing to obtain a state insurance license.
