    Our tight-knit team seeking a Customer Service /Account Representative to join us full-time. This role is the face and voice of our brand, providing excellent support, guidance, and solutions to our customers. We would love for you to be experienced in Print or Signage industries.

    WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

    Front-Line Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to understand customer needs, provide solutions using our products or services, take or enter orders,

    Process Orders: Initiate new custom project orders, manage digital proof approvals, assist with change orders, and coordinate with the production team for timely fulfillment.

    Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain expert-level knowledge of our various printing methods, substrates (materials), finishing options, and internal policies to provide relevant and accurate project guidance.

    Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to order specifics, production, design file submission, and billing efficiently and accurately.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

    Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.

    Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.

    Competence with standard office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems;

    It will be advantageous to possess a foundational understanding of print terminology (e.g., resolution, bleed, color modes/CMYK) and the handling of common digital design files (PDF, AI, EPS).
