Job Summary The Chad Swanson Agency is looking for an experienced and reliable Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude in helping customers find the right insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Processes insurance applications, policy changes, and service requests in a timely manner

Warmly greet and assist customers in the office

Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails

Collect payments, answer billing questions, and issue receipts

Responsible for balancing and maintaining a cash drawer

Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available services

Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales

Document all customer interactions and transactions appropriately in the Relate system

Schedule appointments for Personal Insurance Reviews

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and privacy standards

Qualifications

Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance in the State of Wisconsin

A Background Check is required

Customer Service with Sales Experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems

Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

A team player with a positive and professional attitude
