Atlas Empowered is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Nashville, TN! Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person, phone, and/or written communication
Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems and providing timely, effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and service goals
Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers

Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable and able to work well in a team environment
Customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or sales experience is helpful but not required
College students, recent graduates, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
