We are seeking a motivated and qualified individual to become a member of our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background answering inbound phone calls in a professional manner, scheduling customer work orders, responding to e-mails, and interacting with customers. This individual will need to be organized, willing to learn how to use new software, and have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. In addition, having experience with QuickBooks Desktop Pro is required and the capability to learn how to use GlasPacLX is a must. More details listed below:
Responsibilities
Having knowledge or willingness to learn all facets of automotive glass business with an emphasis on commercial vehicles. These vehicles include semi-trucks, work vans, passenger trucks, construction equipment and other vehicles used in the day-to-day operations of a business that needs glass replacement.
Answering in-bound customer phone calls, providing quotes and creating work orders with GlasPacLX software.
Using QuickBooks to manage accounts receivable for specified customers.
Resolving customer service concerns quickly and with professionalism.
Efficiently completing administrative tasks such as billing customers and communicating with the field-based team of glass technicians.
Ordering glass from key distributors for parts not carried in our warehouse inventory.
Maintaining a focus of exceeding customer expectations with follow-up activities, such as providing timely invoicing, collection of payments, e-mails, returning phone calls, and all other assigned duties or projects.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
A college education is preferred but, willing to consider a high school graduate with a significant amount of customer service experience.
Organized, willing to learn how to use new software, and have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Pro is required. Ability to learn GlasPacLX software quickly will provide for career advancement opportunities.
Experience: 1-3 years telephone operations or business administration experience required.
Ability to provide superior customer service in a fast-paced operation.
Present a professional appearance and consistently arrive to work on time.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Ability to positively interact with a team, learn quickly, and maintain excellent customer service.

Above average industry pay based on experience with a starting range between $20 - $25 per hour.
