Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Assist in follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry preferred.
