Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Rental Service Agent to join our Avis team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process, assist customers with reservations, process rental agreements, and ensure they have a great experience with our company.

Compensation & Requirements

$17.00/hour

Monthly Commission Opportunity

Valid Driver's license

Basic Computer Skills (typing, data entry)

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Process rental agreements, reservations, and returns accurately

Use effective customer service techniques to build rapport and strong customer relationships

Flexibility to work various shifts

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

6 months of retail, rental, hospitality, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
