About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our front-office operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and accurate processing of transactions.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, scale tickets, and payments
Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy when processing payments
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering friendly, helpful, and efficient service
Support the front office during busy periods or team absences
Maintain organized and accurate customer records and documentation
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar productivity tools
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Cash handling experience is a plus
Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
