We’re seeking a confident, people-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the face of our company. This is an in-person role , ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and making a positive impact every day.
Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner
Assist customers in person with questions, product/service information, and support
Provide personalized service to ensure a positive experience
Address and resolve customer concerns on the spot, or escalate when necessary
Clearly communicate product details, features, and benefits
Manage walk-in inquiries, appointments, or service requests
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Represent the company’s values and uphold a professional image
Prior experience in face-to-face customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and organized
High school diploma or equivalent required
