    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner

    • Assist customers in person with questions, product/service information, and support

    • Provide personalized service to ensure a positive experience

    • Address and resolve customer concerns on the spot, or escalate when necessary

    • Clearly communicate product details, features, and benefits

    • Manage walk-in inquiries, appointments, or service requests

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area

    • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed

    • Represent the company’s values and uphold a professional image

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles preferred

    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
