Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service to all existing and prospective clients
• Enroll and terminate Group employees with medical carriers
• Support team with various administrative tasks
• Compose or assists in composition of technical and/or sensitive correspondence
• Adhere to established guidelines and protocols for workflow and system documentation
• Obtain and maintain Life & Health Insurance License

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year professional office experience, preferably in a medical office
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate skill level in Excel
• Strong technical abilities
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, listening, written, and verbal
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Possess a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
• Target 60 WPM typing speed (typing test may be required)

Additional Information

** Compensation:** $39,000-$44,850 based on insurance industry experience
