    Description

    Special Touch Home Care is seeking a dedicated bilingual Urdu/English Customer Service Representative. You'll assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating our application and onboarding process. If you're a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you.

    Job Duties

    • Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support
    • Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications
    • Provide status updates and resolve pending documentation issues
    • Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution

    Experience

    • Prior customer service or related experience preferred
    • Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and record management
    • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage effectively with customers
    • Positive attitude; able to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
    • Fluent in Urdu and English (spoken and written)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/EMR systems

    • $19.50/hour pay
    • 35–39 hours per week
