We're seeking a Customer Service Rep with the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing, ideally in Biopharma or regulated industries (ISO).
Experience with ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
Job Summary: Provide excellent customer support from quoting to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders, quotes, and RMAs accurately.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Production on order status.
Monitor open orders and communicate potential delays to customers and sales reps.
Maintain customer records and input data into the ERP system.
Partner with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Ensure approved drawings before quoting.
Review BOMs in Syteline for cost and production capability.
Communicate margin accuracy with the Sales Manager.
Required Skills & Experience:
ERP experience (Syteline preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, with excellent time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong math/accounting skills.
Good communication skills and ability to travel for training/meetings as needed.
