We are looking for a detail oriented and customer focused CSR to join our team! In this role, you will support our national accounts and retail customer by processing orders and guiding them through the stone installation process. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and informed experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Educate customers on the steps and expectations of stone installation
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and order details
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and delivery.
Support national accounts with consistent follow-up and service excellence
Skills:
Stong attention to detail and commitment to documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications
Comfort with operating office machines
Previous customer service experience is preferred. Industry experience is a major plus.
