    Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is centered around working with existing clients—reviewing policy renewals, remarketing coverage options, and ensuring each client is getting the best value available.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Review and discuss upcoming policy renewals with clients

    Re-market policies across multiple carriers to ensure competitive pricing and coverage

    Rewrite policies when a better option is identified

    Process policy endorsements and updates

    Maintain consistent follow-up on tasks until completion

    Communicate professionally and clearly with clients via phone, email, and in person

    Build and maintain strong client relationships

    Qualifications:

    Preferred: At least 1 year of insurance experience

    Open to candidates without insurance experience if they have a strong background in customer service, account management, or administrative roles

    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

    Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

    Licensing Requirements:

    Active Property & Casualty license preferred

    If not currently licensed, must obtain within 90 days of employment (reimbursement provided)
