Company: Battles Auto Center Location: Falmouth, MA Position Type: Full-Time Reason for Opening: New position created due to growth
Battles Auto Center is growing and adding a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our front office. This role focuses on managing phones, scheduling, and facilitating communication between customers and our service team.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Assist with online, phone, and in-person appointment scheduling
Support the service team with customer updates and follow-ups
Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out
Light inventory assistance (receiving, basic parts tracking)
Shuttle customers or move vehicles as needed (valid driver’s license required)
Help maintain a neat front office and customer area
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone and communication skills
Detail-oriented and reliable
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Automotive experience helpful but not required — we will train the right person
