Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and general company inquiries
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and basic administrative support as needed

Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
