    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

    • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and general company inquiries

    • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

    • Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and basic administrative support as needed

    • Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and brand representation

    • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM or data-entry systems
