Allstate Insurance Agency – Gemmarie Mitsui is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our in-office team.

This role focuses on servicing existing clients, maintaining policy accuracy, and supporting agency workflow. We operate with structured standards, accountability, and clear expectations.

This is not a passive receptionist position. Accuracy, professionalism, and consistent follow-through are required.

For the right candidate, there is opportunity to grow into a licensed role within the agency.

Core Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and service inquiries with professionalism

Assist clients with billing questions and administrative policy requests

Process documentation, endorsements, and follow-up tasks accurately

Route coverage-specific questions to licensed staff as required

Maintain accurate records within Allstate systems

Support retention efforts through timely service and proactive follow-up

Follow established workflows and compliance procedures

Ability to operate within structured procedures

Willingness to learn insurance fundamentals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Detail-oriented and process-driven

Comfortable working in an in-office environment

Bilingual ability (any language) is a plus

Interest in obtaining Washington State P&C license in the future is preferred
