We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role supports shipment inquiries, order status updates, and internal coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and service information
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to resolve issues
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Assist with service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups

Strong verbal and written communication skills
