As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Donald Guy Heating and Cooling, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless customer experience, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the HVAC industry. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and manage the service calendar to optimize efficiency.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, process service requests, and update CRM systems with relevant information.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, service managers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assist with upselling services or products, such as maintenance plans or accessories, when appropriate.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including processing payments, generating invoices, and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in HVAC, home services, or a related industry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
