    💼 The Role

    We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you’ll handle both inbound customer calls and outbound speed-to-lead follow-ups.

    👉 When a new lead comes in, speed matters—you’ll be expected to respond within minutes. 👉 This is a role for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and confidently engage customers.

    🔧 What You’ll Do

    Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries

    Make outbound calls to new leads quickly (speed-to-lead follow-up)

    Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately

    Handle multiple conversations and tasks at once

    Maintain accurate data entry and job details

    Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

    Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience

    📍 Requirements

    Must be located within 60 minutes of our office

    Open to a hybrid schedule (in-office + remote)

    Available for evenings and/or weekends as needed

    💰 Compensation & Performance Bonus

    $16–$22 per hour (based on experience)

    Performance-based bonus structure tied to results
