As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

Making outbound calls to customers for scheduling, updates, issue resolution, etc.

Verifying and marking received parts as checked in using our system

Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns

De-escalate upset customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries

Maintain punctuality

Requirements

No prior experience required, training will be provided

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach

Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively de-escalate situations

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate record-keeping

Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills

Basic computer skills

Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
