    Culligan Water, the global leader in water treatment solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team serving the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo areas. As a CSR, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through responsive, efficient, and professional support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions

    Manage billing inquiries, payments, and account updates

    Perform accurate data input and computer mapping

    Coordinate and schedule service and delivery routes

    Support route management and technician communication

    Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

    1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred)

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Comfortable with computers and learning industry-specific software

    Schedule:

    Monday to Friday

    8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    8-hour shift
