    The Role

    As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll answer calls, schedule appointments, resolve billing questions, and work closely with our service and sales teams to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

    This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with training provided — no prior water industry experience needed!

    What You’ll Do

    Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care

    Provide billing and account support

    Schedule service and sales appointments

    Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction

    Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges

    Keep accurate records and contribute ideas to improve processes

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Reliable transportation to Olathe, KS

    Strong communication and organizational skills

    Positive, team-oriented attitude

    Must pass background check and drug screening (per KS & MO law)

    Preferred:

    NetSuite or similar software experience

    Prior customer service or administrative experience
