    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers, utilizing your strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to sales leads and customer inquiries effectively. Your social perceptiveness will be crucial as you tailor your conversations to meet client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.

    Additionally, you will be expected to learn DOT Compliance rules and regulations, allowing you to provide informed assistance to our clients. Your excellent attention to detail and active listening abilities will enable you to position our services as the ideal solution in the healthcare industry. You will also have the opportunity to represent our company at trade shows and Chamber of Commerce events, enhancing your persuasion and negotiation skills while expanding your professional network. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.

    Responsibilities

    Sell company services to new and existing customers.

    Project a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image over the phone.

    Prepare, track, and manage service agreements.

    Respond promptly to sales leads and customer inquiries.

    Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails

    Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions

    Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred

    Comfortable using computers and customer management software

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
