    Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, reliable, and comfortable handling a fast-paced call environment. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities

    Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails

    Quickly learn processes, scripts, and systems to handle calls confidently

    Identify the purpose of each customer’s call, gather relevant information, and provide effective solutions

    Follow prepared scripts for various customer service scenarios

    Use proven customer service techniques to build rapport and strengthen relationships

    Accurately document all customer interactions

    Meet individual and team performance goals

    Attend ongoing training to stay current with company policies and best practices

    Qualifications

    Must have a reference showing job longevity

    High School Diploma/GED required

    Basic math skills

    Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role preferred

    Comfortable using computers and customer management software

    Strong phone and verbal communication skills

    Ability to actively listen and communicate clearly

    Works well under pressure

    Highly organized with strong time-management skills

    Must be able to pick up training quickly and handle calls effectively

    Spanish-speaking is a plus
