    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers to provide exceptional support.

    • Present the client's products/services to showcase their value.
    • Upsell products and services as suitable.
    • Collaborate with the team to identify potential leads.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.

    Qualifications:

    • A natural flair for sales and the ability to spot opportunities.
    • Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
