AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage the customer experience from the first conversation through scheduling and service. You'll help customers understand their options, coordinate insurance information when needed, identify additional vehicle-service needs, and recommend solutions that make sense for the customer. This is an active, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, learning new services, and confidently making recommendations.
