    We are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to support live events and brand promotions. This is a great opportunity to start a career in marketing, customer service, or sales with full training provided.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide in-person customer support at promotional and marketing events
    • Represent brand partners with professionalism and product knowledge
    • Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and explain product benefits
    • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
    • Collect and report customer feedback to support marketing improvements'
    • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is a plus but not required
    • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
