We are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to support live events and brand promotions. This is a great opportunity to start a career in marketing, customer service, or sales with full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person customer support at promotional and marketing events
- Represent brand partners with professionalism and product knowledge
- Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and explain product benefits
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Collect and report customer feedback to support marketing improvements'
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
