Your Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional in person customer service at promotional events
Represent national brands with confidence, energy, and product knowledge
Educate customers about services and products to increase brand loyalty
Help with event setup, breakdown, and onsite coordination
Gather customer feedback and report it to support marketing improvements
Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Handle administrative tasks like data entry and reporting
What You Bring
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast paced setting
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is a plus but not required
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
