Provide in-person customer service at promotional events
Represent national brands in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner
Educate customers on services and products to increase brand loyalty and awareness
Assist with event set-up, logistics , and on-site coordination
Collect and report customer feedback to help optimize marketing efforts
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Complete administrative duties including data entry and reporting

Experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is a plus (not required)
