We have an immediate need for a motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants hands-on experience in customer service through community events, retail promotions, and marketing activations.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver friendly, face-to-face customer service at community events, retail promotions, and marketing activations
Greet attendees, answer questions, and assist with event activities to create positive experiences
Support event setup, operation, and breakdown to ensure smooth execution
Promote products, services, and client initiatives during events
Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve future campaigns
Collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming and engaging event environment
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced event settings
Previous customer service, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn
