We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can maintain a positive attitude under pressure and clearly communicate solutions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing timely solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and internal systems to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
Feedback Loop: Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department and sharing customer feedback to help improve our processes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
