    We’re seeking a personable, organized team member to be the first point of contact for customers and a crucial support for our sales and production teams. This role is customer-facing, process-oriented, and central to making sure every job gets started right — from estimate to order. Responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to emails and front desk inquiries • Communicate with customers about artwork, orders, proofs, and delivery • Create accurate estimates using our estimating software (CoreBridge) • Assist our sales team with quoting and order follow-up • Enter orders and update job records • Help coordinate information between sales and production • Learn sign products, materials, and pricing • Encourage clarity, consistency, and friendly service Qualifications: We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Is highly organized and comfortable with systems and software • Loves helping customers and keeping things moving smoothly • Communicates clearly and professionally by email and phone • Enjoys process and detail-oriented work • Is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing/service environment Experience That Helps (But Not Required): • Customer service or office experience • Estimating, quoting, or administrative roles • Familiarity with sign, print, or design environments • Basic Adobe experience Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
