    We’re looking for a highly motivated, personable, and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our Snow Division. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic, year-round role. During the off-season, your primary focus will be lead generation, sourcing new clients, and helping grow our business. In the winter season, you’ll shift into a customer support role, assisting clients with service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities • Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities by identifying leads • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the snow season, ensuring clear and timely communication • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences • Overcome objections and handle rejection with a positive, results-driven attitude Qualifications: • No prior experience required – we will train the right candidate • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
