    A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

    Be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center, creating a professional, energetic experience that builds trust and drives sales conversions

    Engage, qualify, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads, with an expected conversion rate of approximately 30–50%, turning inquiries into paying and repeat customers

    Prepare accurate estimates, present solutions confidently, implement work orders, and follow established processes to ensure timely production and delivery of finished orders

    Work closely with vendors, production partners, and internal teams to coordinate materials, timelines, pricing, and quality standards

    Communicate with customers through multiple channels including email, telephone, in-person interactions, and on-site visits at their place of business

    Participate in daily team meetings, support execution of business and marketing plans, and contribute directly to the overall success and revenue growth of the FASTSIGNS Center

    Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through

    Act as a people-person who is driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong desire to meet targets, solve problems, and grow accounts over time

    Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

    2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

    Great listening and organization skills

    Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

    Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
