    A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

    Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center

    Help coordinate all communication across two Fastsigns centers

    Assist the owners in process development and adminstration

    Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings and be directly involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center

    Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business

    Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

    Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

    1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred but not manditory

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

    Great listening and organization skills

    Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more per day)

    Enjoy working in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to coordinate schedules and attention to detail
