    A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

    Greet and engage clients via phone, email, and in-person

    Understand client needs and propose signage solutions

    Prepare accurate quotes and manage job tickets through to production

    Coordinate with our design and production team to ensure jobs meet specs and deadlines

    Build strong relationships that turn one-time customers into repeat business

    Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

    2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

    Great listening and organization skills

    Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
