Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with scheduling, service inquiries, and general support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism

Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars

Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies

Follow up on open work orders and ensure timely customer communication

Handle service concerns or billing questions with patience and empathy

Document customer interactions in our system

Collaborate with technicians, managers, and office staff

Qualifications

Previous customer service or office experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Comfortable with computers, quickbooks, and email

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Bilingual a plus

Schedule

February – September: Tuesday–Saturday

October – January: Monday–Saturday

Full-time, on-site position in Elmhurst, IL
