    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide expert support, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels
    - Manage and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
    - Educate and empower clients with knowledge to prevent future issues
    - Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
    - Perform other administrative tasks as needed
    - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality

    Requirements

    - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment
    - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    - Proficient with computers and CRM systems (prior experience with customer service software is a plus)
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and external contacts in a professional manner

    Schedule

    Pay

    - $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
    - Expected hours: no less than 40 per week
