About Us: We are a growing freight forwarding company specializing in RORO and container shipping logistics. As we expand, we’re seeking a seasoned, outgoing, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team for the long haul.

Role Overview: This is not an entry-level position. You’ll be the voice of our company—handling inbound calls from customers regarding new bookings, shipment updates, schedules, and occasional complaints. While we have a dedicated team for phone routing and data entry, we need someone who can confidently manage conversations, build rapport with clients, and learn our internal systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities: -Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls with professionalism and clarity -Provide accurate information on bookings, schedules, and shipment updates -Address and resolve customer concerns with a friendly, solution-oriented approach -Learn and support basic data entry tasks as needed -Build strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in logistics or shipping)

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn and adapt to logistics systems and procedures

Friendly, proactive, and dependable personality

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
