    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Conduct intake meetings for potential clients • Meet with clients to review and sign documents • Schedule client meetings for the attorney • Secure speaking engagements for attorneys to present on estate planning • Draft wealth inventories in Excel for clients • Attend marketing events on behalf of the law firm • Secure reviews from satisfied clients • print and prepare binders for delivery • Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university • Strong knowledge of business English in composition to include correspondence, reports, and various other materials • Good communication skills • Good mathematical skills • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions • Ability to prioritize workload based on internal and external customer needs • Ability to meet and deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner • Strong critical thinking skills • 2-4 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar position • Proficient in MS Office with a minimum of 2 years of experience Compensation: $22 - $24 hourly
