Job Summary:
Gold Shield Services is looking for a professional, motivated Client Service Representative to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company—answering calls, following up with clients, sharing promotions, and managing information through our CRM system (ServiceTitan).
We offer a hybrid schedule (remote with one flexible in-office day per week) and bonus opportunities based on performance!
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming client calls with professionalism and care
Make happy calls and follow-up calls to existing clients
Reach out to clients with new promotions, offers, and service agreement renewals
Accurately log all interactions and updates in our CRM system (ServiceTitan)
Prepare and send a daily end-of-day report summarizing all activity and key client updates
Support the operations team with scheduling, notes, and client follow-ups
Be part of a positive, high-performing team that delivers excellence
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable making outbound calls to current clients
Basic computer and CRM experience (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)
Reliable, self-driven, and detail-oriented
Willingness to be in-office one day per week (more during the first week of onboarding)
Must be located within driving distance of Elgin, IL
