Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Must have experience processing paperwork and be very detail-oriented. • Schwab, Fidelity, Altruist, Redtail, Salesforce background preferred. Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $48,000 - $51,500 yearly
