Verify client information and update records in our CRM (Logic)
Take live transfers from the sales team with professionalism and ease

A standout phone personality — warm, professional, and engaging
1+ year of customer service or call center experience (tax relief experience a plus, but not required)
Comfort working with computers, email, and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail for accurate client setup
Someone who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced, team-focused environment

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Irvine, CA location. Remote work is not available.
