Customer Service Representative

American Fork, Utah | $15–$17 per hour | Full-Time

Guardian Windows is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in American Fork, Utah. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, scheduling services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and stays organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from customers
• Provide information about Guardian Windows products and services
• Schedule appointments for estimates, installations, and service visits
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and order updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the company system
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth service
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional flexibility may be required during busy seasons

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience
