Job Responsibilities:

Calling, texting, and emailing clients who have already inquired about our services

Following up with existing clients in our database

Scheduling appointments and assisting customers

Providing excellent customer service

Service Titan Knowledge is a plus

Computer Skills

Assist customers with inquiries regarding HVAC services and products.

Schedule appointments for service calls and maintenance checks.

Provide detailed information on heating and cooling systems to customers.

Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service preferred.

Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Team player with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
