What You’ll Do:
Handle Inbound Calls – Be the first point of contact for customers calling in.
Schedule Jobs Efficiently – Match the right craftsman to the right job.
Make Outbound Calls – Follow up on estimates, pending jobs, and satisfaction surveys.
Use Call Scripts – Deliver consistent, branded communication.
Keep Job Data Accurate – Log notes, update customer details, and maintain schedules.
Resolve Customer Concerns – Respond quickly and professionally to build loyalty.
Support the Field Team – Relay job details to ensure clarity and smooth handoffs.
Meet Sales & Service Goals – Help convert leads into booked jobs and positive reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Communicator – You’re clear, friendly, and confident on the phone and in writing.
Warm & Professional – You make a great impression and build trust with ease.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – You manage tasks efficiently and don’t let things slip through the cracks.
Comfortable With Outreach – You're confident calling customers and encouraging next steps.
Tech-Savvy – Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (or quick to learn!).

Experience a Plus – Customer service, admin, or call center background preferred.
Familiar With Home Services (Bonus) – Knowing the basics of home repair helps, but isn't required.
