We are a fast-growing, high-volume fireplace and chimney service company known for quality craftsmanship, outstanding customer care, and a commitment to excellence. We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) who knows how to turn calls into booked jobs and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is NOT an entry-level position — we need a confident professional with the skills to keep our schedule full.
Answer inbound calls with professionalism and warmth while keeping efficiency top of mind
Prioritize and set leads based on urgency, value, and company goals
Convert inquiries into booked appointments
Recognize that every call not booked is lost revenue — and act accordingly
Manage call volume while maintaining accuracy, composure, and exceptional service
Follow up with leads to capture missed opportunities
Collaborate with the operations team to keep the schedule optimized and productive
3+ years experience as a CSR, preferably in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, etc.)
Proven ability to convert calls into revenue
Strong understanding of lead setting, call priority, and follow-up strategy
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable guiding customers to the right decision
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software, CRMs, and call tracking tools
